Oversee the full used vehicle sales department operations.
Manage and optimize stock levels, ensuring a strong mix of market-ready vehicles.
Conduct daily stock reviews, age analysis, and pricing adjustments.
Ensure vehicles are prepared, photographed, and advertised timeously.
Monitor online leads, response times, and conversion performance.
Implement strategies to grow used vehicle sales volume and profitability.
Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Conduct daily sales meetings, performance tracking, and coaching sessions.
Ensure high levels of professionalism, customer service, and brand representation.
Proven experience as a Used Vehicle Manager or Senior Used Vehicle Sales Executive (minimum 3–5 years) will be an advantage.
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent knowledge of used vehicle market trends and stock sourcing.
Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management skills.
Valid Driver’s License.
High-level negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
